Job Summary:

As a Restaurant Service Professional (Waiter/ Waitress), you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. From warmly welcoming them upon arrival to ensuring their dining experience is seamless and enjoyable, you'll play a vital role in creating memorable moments. Your duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.

Due to visa limitations, only locals will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, making recommendations when requested.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests' tables, maintaining a high level of presentation and accuracy.
• Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Upsell additional menu items, specials, or promotions to enhance the dining experience.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including resetting tables and assisting with cleaning duties as needed.

Requirement:

• Previous experience as a guest service assistant or server in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order-taking and delivering.
• Knowledge of food and beverage items.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food handling and safety certification is a plus.
