Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our All Day Dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the day.
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and financial performance
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
- Oversee menu planning and pricing, collaborating with the culinary team to create innovative dining experiences
- Ensure offerte compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant staff to build a high-performing team
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize restaurant performance
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
- Implement and maintain quality control measures for food and beverage service
- Stay updated on local food trends and incorporate them into the restaurant's offerings
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in all-day dining concepts
- Proven track record in team leadership, staff training, and development
- Strong knowledge of restaurant management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control
- Proficiency in inventory management and menu planningаломк>
- Outstanding customer service skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Current Food Safety Certification
- Knowledge of Malaysian cuisine and local food trends
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Malay or other local languages is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
