Job summary

A premier banquet hall is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain service quality and cleanliness, and manage customer feedback. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of managerial experience in the food and beverage sector, with banquet experience considered an advantage. Effective communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia are required. The role is based in Ampang, Selangor, and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic team focused on delivering outstanding events.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of managerial experience in F&B, with banquet experience preferred.
  • Able to work in a team and meet outlet targets.
  • Resourceful and self-motivated with great leadership skills.

Job Descriptions

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant, working hand-in-hand with the management team.

Maintain the appearance, preservation and cleanliness of all food and beverage equipment and facilities.

Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

Communicate and manage customer’s feedback. Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.

Ensure the smooth operation of the outlets, delivering a consistent quality product and service that complies with company policies and standard procedures.

Help plan and approve external and internal marketing and sales promotion activities for the food and beverages department.

Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

Working location at Ampang, Selangor.

Requirements

Candidates with at least 3 years of managerial experience in the areas of Food and Beverages (having banquet experience will be an added advantage)

Able to work as part of a team to achieve outlet targets and ensure a smooth outlet process.

Resourceful, self-motivated and possess great leadership skills.

Proficient in Microsoft office, Restaurant management software, and POS

Good communication and presentation skills. Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

Prefer candidates from Restaurant or Hotel based
