We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at RAFRA NAJAH FOOD HOLDING SDN. BHD. in Johor Bahru, Johor. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of staff and resources.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and lead a team of servers, hosts, and other front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
• Monitor and analyse sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
• Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and menu execution
