Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead Your Shifts – Take full operational control during your shifts, managing crew members and ensuring smooth service during peak hours.

Drive Performance – Monitor sales, control costs, manage cash handling, and contribute to hitting restaurant targets that determine your bonuses.

Deliver Excellence – Maintain A&W's CHAMPS standards (Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Product Quality, Speed) and ensure every customer has a great experience.

Manage Operations – Handle inventory ordering, staff scheduling, daily reporting, and maintain food safety compliance.

Develop Your Team – Coach and train crew members, conduct performance reviews, and build the next generation of leaders.

Learn the Business – Your Restaurant Manager will mentor you on full P&L management, strategic planning, and multi‑unit operations to prepare you for promotion.

What You Need to Succeed

Minimum 2 years in restaurant/hospitality management (supervisor or assistant manager level)

QSR or fast‑food experience strongly preferred

Proven ability to lead teams and deliver excellent customer service

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in fast‑paced environments

Good understanding of food safety, inventory control, and cash management

Responsible and maintain positive attitude with a high level of energy at all times
