Responsibilities

• Execute daily operations for food prep and service.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly in line with company policies.
• Support the team in maintaining productivity and service flow.
• Communicate clearly and constructively with team members.
• Conduct daily stock checks and assist with monthly stock takes.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all tasks.
• Maintain a high standard of service and sanitation.
