Job summary

A leading renewable energy company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a sales professional to develop and execute strategies for growing the Residential Solar business. You will generate leads through various channels, conduct site surveys with the technical team, and educate homeowners on solar benefits. The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering or Business and 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development. Proficiency in both English and Malay is required, and Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in solar or renewable energy is highly preferred.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the Residential Solar business.
• Generate new leads through networking and digital channels.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare customer proposals.
• Educate homeowners on solar benefits and system performance.
• Support marketing in creating customer-facing messages.
