Responsibilities

• Provide consultations and medical treatment to patients in accordance with clinic medical standards.
• Manage primary care cases including acute illnesses, chronic follow-ups, antenatal care, basic paediatrics, and other related cases.
• Perform clinical procedures based on competency, such as ultrasound and procedures for women.
• Review and document patient records accurately and completely in the clinic system.
• Explain diagnoses and treatment plans clearly to patients.
• Work closely with the clinic team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Comply with all clinic SOPs and professional ethical standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultations and medical treatment to patients in accordance with clinic medical standards.
• Manage primary care cases including acute illnesses, chronic follow-ups, antenatal care, basic paediatrics, and other related cases.
• Perform clinical procedures based on competency, such as:
  • Ultrasound 2D / TVS / 3D–5D
  • NT scan
  • Prosedur wanita: Implanon, IUCD (insert & removal)
• Review and document patient records accurately and completely in the clinic system.
• Explain diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions clearly to patients.
• Work closely with the clinic team (nurses, CA, admin) to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Comply with all clinic SOPs, policies, and professional ethical standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and clinic operations.
