A healthcare provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a qualified permanent doctor to conduct consultations and deliver treatments in general practice and wellness medicine. Candidates should possess a valid medical degree and be fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. The role offers a competitive salary of RM10,000 to RM12,000 per month, along with performance-based incentives and a supportive environment for growth. Shift system applies with 4 working days and 3 days off.
Conduct consultations and deliver treatments in general practice, and/or wellness medicine.
Assess clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment and wellness plans.
Manage chronic illnesses, vaccinations, screenings, and minor procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring patient safety and confidentiality.
Stay current with clinical knowledge, treatment protocols, and best practices in medical fields.
Support weekend, or public holiday rotations as required.
Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) with a valid APC and registration with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
Strong communication skills with a professional yet approachable demeanor.
Able to communicate fluently in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Willing to work on a shift system (no overnight shift).
4 full working days with 3 off days.
Willingness to be trained in new treatment protocols and devices.
A team player with a caring, energetic, and professional attitude.
Note: This position is for a permanent doctor and does not include Person-In-Charge (PIC) responsibilities.
Take-home salary: RM10,000 – RM12,000 per month (including incentives and bonuses).
Procedural incentives and monthly commissions based on performance.
Overtime payment for hours worked beyond the agreed schedule.
