We are seeking a highly organised and guest‑focused Reservations Assistant to join our team at the Swiss‑Garden International Hotels, Resorts & Inns in the beautiful Genting Highlands of Pahang. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing all aspects of guest reservations to ensure an exceptional experience for our valued customers.

What you'll be doing
  • Handling all incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately processing hotel reservations, modifications, and cancellations
  • Maintaining detailed guest records and ensuring all reservation data is up‑to‑date and readily accessible
  • Providing guests with information about our hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Collaborating with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest check‑in and check‑out experiences
  • Assisting with special requests and resolving any guest issues or concerns promptly and effectively
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our reservation systems and processes
  • Handling daily correspondence by responding promptly to inquiries and processing reservations as required and ensuring that all files and records are accurately maintained and kept up to date
  • Preparing the expected arrival list for front office use, ensuring accurate and timely information is available to facilitate smooth guest check‑ins
  • Assisting in pre‑registration activities as needed, helping to streamline the check‑in process and enhance guest convenience; monitoring advance deposit requirements diligently, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and accurate financial records
What we're looking for

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work efficiently under pressure
  • Proficient in using reservation software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds
