Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Agent at Dusit Princess Melaka, located in the Melaka Tengah District. The Reservations Agent will handle and process room booking inquiries, manage reservation systems, and communicate effectively with guests to ensure a seamless booking experience. Responsibilities also include providing exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, and coordinating with the reception team to ensure accuracy in booking details.
