Job Description

• Directly support Assistant Reservations Manager in driving the performance of the reservations team on property.
• Ensure all SOPs are adhered to.
• Maintain and improve reservations operations to ensure a high degree of accuracy in guest reservations, maximise revenue opportunities, and satisfy guests and team members.
• Monitor daily arrivals for all guest requests and communicate them appropriately.
• Work on inventory management, including allotments, group blocks, and rate codes in all applicable systems.
• Assist Assistant Reservations Manager in driving upselling within the property and ensuring optimal use of all distribution channels (IBE, GDS, Tour Operators, SLH, Regional and Corporate Sales Offices).

• Familiar with hotel operations technology (PMS & RMS) and all distribution channels.
• Understand dynamics of regional & local market, local competitors, and events of the destination.
