Role Description

This is a 2 year contract role for a Research Officer based on-site in Kangar, Perlis. Research officer will be responsible for conducting predicates in-depth research, analyzing data, operating laboratory equipment, and documenting results. The role also involves collaborating with supervisors, preparing reports, and presenting findings to contribute to ongoing projects within the university’s research domains. Project title : Scale up production of rice bran protein powder- Spray drying and extraction.

Research scope (not limited to)

• Pilot and lab scale spray drying process of rice bran.
• Optimization study.
• Nutritional.springboot study of protein powder.
• Sensory evaluation study.
