You will be responsible for promoting and selling Skyways Technics Asia’s in-house structural repair capabilities across the APAC region. This role focuses on developing sales for newly established in-house repair capabilities by mapping the addressable market, cultivating key customer relationships, and managing the full sales cycle end-to-end. The role works closely with the broader commercial team and evaluates each potential customer on a case-by-case basis before initiating targeted sales campaigns.
You will report to Skyways Technics Head of Repair Sales APAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a fully up-to-date map of potential customers across the APAC region (specific customer list to be provided at a later stage)
- Develop a clear understanding of existing and future relationships between Skyways Technics and its customers
- Continuously identify and qualify new leads among current and prospective customers
- Identify key decision‑makers responsible for structural repairs or MRO services
- Manage sales activities for current key customers
- Develop and present tailored repair solutions based on customer needs and local regulatory requirements
- Negotiate and close long‑term commercial agreements
- Ensure contracted service levels meet both customer expectations and Skyways Technics’ operational capabilities
- Act as the focal point for internal stakeholders supporting in‑house repair activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and senior management
- Gather and analyze market intelligence related to customer repair solutions and competitor offerings
- Travel frequently to meet customers and stakeholders (at least once a month)
Strategic & Commercial Support
- Build business cases for spare inventory investments and present recommendations to management
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events to promote Skyways Technics’ repair capabilities
Qualifications & Working Experience Requirements
- Proven track record in aviation repair sales/MRO
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region
- Strong team player with deep intercultural awareness, curious, dynamic, self‑motivated, and results‑driven
- Rigorous, structured, and proactive in approach
