Accountabilities

• Prepare and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and liquidity planning for the organization.
• Develop, manage, and maintain complex financial models for various business initiatives.
• Lead quarterly finance reviews and prepare ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making.
• Analyze off- and on-chain data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Build tooling and models to collect, analyze, and validate data to monitor trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business strategy, or related fields or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a strategy consultant, investment banker, VC, or in private equity.
• Crypto experience is strongly preferred.
• Extremely strong analytical skills and detail-oriented working style.
• Proactive, self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to synthesize insights clearly.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling required.
