As a Project Manager specializing in MSP transition projects, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of transitions from one Managed Service Provider (MSP) to another. Your role will be pivotal in coordinating, planning, and executing projects while managing resources effectively. This remote position allows you to work with cross‑functional teams ensuring smooth transitions without service degradation, ultimately supporting organizational goals.

Accountabilities

• Review and contribute to comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and milestones for MSP transitions.
• Work closely with the Transition Manager to allocate resources effectively and ensure adequate staffing.
• Establish and maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with the Transition Manager.
• Collaborate with current and new MSPs to ensure alignment with transition plans and resolve arising issues.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of transition projects.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• ITIL v4 or v3 certification.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, with at least 3 years working with Managed Service Providers.
• Proven track record in PM & Strategic Planning, with 5+ years of formal leadership in transformation and transition programs.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Experience with Agile, IaC, and DevOps methodologies.
