Responsibilities

• Engage in development of FMEA and Reliability Assessment Plan.
• Deliver package platform specific reliability knowledge.
• Consult on stress/IPI results and reliability issues.
• Analyze and report Reliability Stress Test results.
• Evaluate and develop new tools/methods.

Skills

Analytical and problem solving skills

Experience in reliability assessment flow

Knowledge in assembly and interconnect technology

Good aptitude in engineering analysis

Education
