Job Description

  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of Commercial clients (loan size up to MYR60million) including evaluating their loan applications, conducting credit reviews, marketing and cross‑selling a wide range of banking products and services
  • Monitor overall facility utilisation and profitability of the assigned portfolio
  • Build rapport and develop meaningful networking to maintain account relationships with both existing and prospective customers/clients
  • Build customer/client loyalty by establishing a trusted advisor relationship, as “The Trusted Banker to call”
  • Identify customers/clients’ needs and capture new financing and / or cross‑selling opportunities; negotiate for best margins to optimise profitability
  • Deliver both in terms of speed and quality for all KPIs assigned
  • Ensure accuracy on customer due diligence (“CDD”) and Know Your Customer (“KYC”)

Requirements:

  • Possess a recognised degree or Diploma / Bachelor's degree, in any field, from an accredited university / colleges
  • Preferably someone with at least 3-4 years of sales experience.
  • Strong business acumen, proactive and a highly motivated self‑starter
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent team work/spirit
