Responsibilities

  • Accountable for acquiring new-to-bank (NTB) commercial Current Accounts (CAs) and driving NTB total deposit growth within the commercial segment. Actively hunt for NTB clients to expand the customer base.
  • Manage relationships with commercial clients with average daily balances (ADB) between RM300K and RM1M, focusing on deepening engagement and understanding client needs.
  • Promote and facilitate new active merchant signups for card services to enhance the bank's merchant portfolio.
  • Increase clients’ share of wallet by cross-selling deposit products such as Work+, Merchant services, and Digital banking solutions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Banking Centers (CBC) and branches to onboard cash management solutions, enhancing service offerings to commercial clients.
  • Focus on attracting new foreign exchange (FX) customers and increasing the count of Monthly Transactions per User (M2E) and Monthly Users (M2U) in the business segment.
  • Implement salary crediting programs for both individual and corporate clients, including Work+ Company NOC, to improve engagement and account utilization.

Qualifications
