Job Description

Job Summary: As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships in accordance to UOB’s service standards. You will build strong and lasting relationships by ensuring timely responses to customers’ enquiries and deliver exceptional customer experience through proactive and personalized solutions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain high quality service standards and ensure customers are provided with prompt and accurate information on all aspects of their accounts and services
  • Build long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and developing innovative banking solutions to meet client needs
  • Identify opportunities to cross sell other banking products and services to customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and acquire new ones
  • Manage multiple customer portfolios while maintaining high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide input on product development initiatives based on market trends and customer feedback
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
  • Degree holder in any field from a reputable university or college
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in a customer facing role within the financial industry ( FIMM, IPPC & PCE& CEILI License)
  • Experience in relationship management and/or sales
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Possess good leadership qualities
  • Self motivated and results oriented
  • Confident in problem solving and decision making
  • Knowledge in banking operations would be an added advantage
