Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role located in Kubang Kerian. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships to expand the portfolio and meet business goals. Daily tasks include providing personalized financial advice, identifying new business opportunities, cross-selling banking products and services, and maintaining excellent service standards. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications
  • Customer relationship skills, client management, and the ability to build trust with clients
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, including banking and investment solutions
  • Sales and negotiation skills for identifying and securing new business opportunities
