EMS Medical Care Centre is a fast-growing startup group of aged care homes that is transforming aged care by merging technology with Western best practices and Islamic values, based in Seremban. Our headquarters base in Seremban will soon open in Klang for the Nursing Care Center.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive and up-to-date clinical assessments of a wide variety of elderly residents.

• Plan and coordinate activities for elders.

• Exercise prescription and formulation of care plans.

• Pain management.

• Correspondence with residents, families, community patients, nursing and medical practitioners and equipment suppliers.

• Falls review and falls prevention management.

• Support overall elderly activities and events held at the care centre.

• Support the elders with their needs and help create a homely environment.

Job Requirements

• 1 year of experience related to this position; fresh graduates or candidates without experience are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in English is an added advantage.

• A genuine passion for caring for a diverse client base, including elderly residents.

• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.

• A Physiotherapy qualification.

• Age: 20 - 35 years old.
