• Support product registrations with relevant authorities.
• Perform basic laboratory testing of raw materials and finished products.

Job description

Assist in preparation, review, and maintenance of regulatory documents related to animal feed products.

Support product registrations, renewals, and compliance submissions with relevant authorities (e.g., DVS Feed Board, DVS Biologic Unit, NPRA, DOE, DOA, fishery department & Pesticide board where applicable).

Maintain records of licenses, approvals, registrations, and compliance documents.

Assist in ensuring feed labels, ingredient lists, and specifications meet regulatory requirements.

Track updates in animal feed regulations, guidelines changes, new requirements and provide regulatory advice to internal teams.

Able to support internal and external audits by organizing documents and records. Independently resolve regulatory-related problems and respond to regulatory queries effectively.

(B) Laboratory Operations

Perform basic & simple laboratory testing of raw materials and finished feed products submitted by customers (analysis involved : NIR, mycotoxin, phytase recovery & egg quality check).

Record test results accurately for documentation purposes.

Follow standard test methods, SOPs, and quality guidelines.

Ensure proper cleaning, calibration, and basic maintenance of laboratory equipment.

Ensure laboratory apparatus are sufficiently for analysis.

Responsible for sending samples to external laboratory and ensure we receive result within the expected timeline.
