Key Responsibilities
- Direct Resident Care: Provide daily nursing care, assist with personal hygiene, mobility support, and medication administration
- Health Monitoring: Monitor vital signs, document health conditions, and coordinate with medical team
- Care Environment: Maintain safe, clean, and nurturing living spaces that promote resident wellbeing
- Relationship Building: Develop meaningful connections with residents and provide emotional support
- Documentation: Maintain accurate care records and assist with care planning
Job Requirements
- Professional Qualifications: Valid nursing license (RN) with elderly care experience; Healthcare assistants with experience are encouraged to apply
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates and experienced retirees both welcome with comprehensive training provided
- Personal Qualities: Compassionate, patient, and genuinely committed to elderly care
- Communication: Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages advantageous
- Residential Commitment: Preferably willing and able to live-in full-time at the care facility
