A leading company in Malaysia is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee distributor performance across Kuala Lumpur and Negeri Sembilan. The role includes leading trade marketing activities, executing sales strategies, and strengthening dealer loyalty.   • Manage distributor performance and portfolios across assigned regions.
  • Support system setup, modification, and network operations.
  • Lead trade marketing activities including events, POSM, and pyramid tracking.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to expand UM’s touchpoints and dealer network.
  • Strengthen dealer loyalty through prepaid and postpaid activations.
  • Ensure genuine activations, product knowledge, and incentive guidance.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Lead and coach the sales team to achieve objectives.
  • Oversee dealership management to ensure quality and compliance.
