Job description

Responsibilities & Essential Functions

• Achieve annual sales target
• Review sales results monthly with management team
• Review sales results with distributors and implement appropriate action plans
• Build the required structure and reporting mechanisms to capitalize on the growth opportunities
• Monthly funnel review of opportunities and overall funnel health metrics (e.g. new funnel create, win-rate and time to close)
• Lead the Go-To-Market development of the region including distributor
• Review ongoing sales opportunitiesli>
• Visit end-user customers within region to gain an understanding of the customers/markets
• Develop a market model map and size of the business opportunities
• Develop the Go To Market strategy within the region
• Onboard new and equip current distributors with product and sales training
• Drive results through effective marketing
• Present information about new products and applications
• Develop and implement effective sales- and marketing programs
• Target key market sectors to generate the end-user pull strategy
• Plan demo equipment requirements for sales support
• Plan targeted campaigns to maximize awareness and development
• Deliver Growth via Direct Sales approach at Key Account Customers
• Develop and implement Account Plans per Key Account
• Manage the Tender process and build relationships with Key Stakeholders
