Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Product Manager for Email Marketing in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will manage regional go-to-market strategies for an email marketing tool, collaborating with Sales and understanding customer needs to drive adoption. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in B2B product sales or GTM roles, strong engagement skills, and a Bachelor’s Degree. You will work closely with HQ to shape product initiatives. This position requires travel within the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B product sales, solutions consulting, or product GTM roles.
• Proven record of meeting/exceeding product sales targets.
• Strong customer engagement skills for discovery and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute regional business plans aligned to company objectives.
• Deliver ongoing product training and deal support to Sales.
• Capture market feedback and insights to inform the product roadmap.
