Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional procurement strategy aligned with business, cost, quality, and service objectives across Malaysia and the wider ASEAN region.
• Lead sourcing, negotiation, and contracting for raw materials, packaging, indirect spend, and services, ensuring continuity of supply in a high-volume FMCG environment.
• Manage and optimize the regional supplier base, including supplier selection, performance management, audits, and risk mitigation.
• Drive cost savings, value engineering, and productivity initiatives while maintaining product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance.

Skills & Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor management skills.
• Analytical with experience in cost analysis and procurement metrics.
• Familiarity with ERP and e-procurement platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
