Overview of the Operations Team

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on optimising processes, building structure, and driving operational excellence. The Operations team underpins Tag’s delivery success by ensuring process compliance, system utilisation, and efficient sourcing workflows across APAC.

The role offers the chance to partner with cross-functional teams to enable scalability, governance, and business performance, while driving standardisation, continuous improvement, and capability building. Together, we create a foundation for consistent, high-quality delivery and sustainable growth across the region.

Role summary
  • This role will suit someone who thrives on structure, collaboration, and driving results at scale. As Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering operational excellence and governance across 12 APAC markets, aligning frameworks, performance, and delivery standards.
  • The role offers the opportunity to shape how Tag operates regionally, partnering with account teams, strategic sourcing, global reporting & analytics, finance, and senior leadership to optimise processes, uphold contractual commitments, and embed operational consistency.
  • You’ll also lead regional and global initiatives, manage business performance, and drive transformation and operational efficiency across the region, making a tangible impact on how Tag delivers value for its clients and teams.
Key responsibilities
  • Own regional operations across APAC to deliver consistent, efficient, and compliant processes that enable scalability and growth.
  • Drive global and regional projects, delivering initiatives on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Partner with strategic sourcing on ratecard development, governance, and data integrity to strengthen commercial accuracy.
  • Oversee business performance and reporting, consolidating regional data, trend analysis, and providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Champion system utilisation and compliance across markets, embedding operational discipline, visibility, and best practice.
  • Lead regional training programmes to enhance system adoption, data integrity, and process excellence.
  • Partner with account teams, strategic sourcing, and finance to align operational delivery with business goals.
  • Support tenders, pitches, and new business opportunities with effective operational solutions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams to deliver operational excellence.
Key skills & experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in regional operations or process excellence within sourcing or procurement environments.
  • Print management experience desirable, or strong demonstrable experience in a similar operational capacity.
  • Agency or similar environment experience with proven project management of strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement across levels and functions.
  • Experience in workflow management & implementation, process adherence and operational governance desirable.
  • Proven success leading operations and strategic projects across multiple markets.
  • Strong understanding of ratecard management, business performance reporting, and operational governance.
  • Collaborative leadership style with strong stakeholder management and communication skills across senior and cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organised, analytical, and proactive, balancing regional oversight with local execution is essential.
  • Proven commercial acumen and negotiation expertise.
