A leading technology company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an Office Experience Manager to enhance employee engagement and evolve the company culture. This role involves leading office strategy, managing complex projects, and enhancing the workplace environment to attract and retain talent. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills, with a focus on creating inclusive and engaging office experiences.
The primary focus of this role is to support the evolution of SEEK’s unique culture and drive employee engagement within the office environment; both of which are critical to SEEK’s success. This role does this by developing and executing integrated and strategic office experience plans and associated tactical requirements for SEEK across the Asia business so that SEEK employees can consistently deliver the right outcomes and have a phenomenal experience in doing so.
Specifically, the Office Experience Manager leads four work streams which directly support the growth of SEEK’s culture across the Asia business. 1) Office services, 2) Company-wide employee events, 3) Office data reporting, and 4) Projects and sustainability. This role has direct reports in few other markets SEEK Asia operates within, plus support services employees in those locations.
