The Opportunity

We are seeking a Regional Market Access Manager to join our APAC Biosimilars team. This role works closely with country affiliates to align and drive local market access strategies in line with regional objectives. You will focus on pricing, tender management, and access opportunities for Abbott’s biosimilar portfolio (Oncology and Osteoporosis) across APAC.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and implement pricing and access strategies for biosimilars and oncology portfolio throughout lifecycle management.
  • Support affiliates in hospital listings, tender shaping, and reimbursement pathways.
  • Deliver payer insights and define evidence requirements to support value propositions.
  • Drive capability building and share best practices across the region.
  • Ensure compliance with competitive law and anti-bribery regulations in pricing practices.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 8–10 years in pharmaceutical/healthcare industries, ideally in Market Access, Pricing, and Tendering; 5–6 years in-country leadership roles.
  • Skills: Strategic thinking, pricing and tender management, launch experience for biosimilars, strong business acumen, and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: University degree in life sciences or business.
  • Travel: 20–50% across APAC.
  • Languages: Multilingual and cross-cultural experience is a plus.
