Job summary

A leading retail and hospitality group in Kuching is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations of multiple outlets. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, achieving sales targets, and developing teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of multi-outlet management experience, particularly in F&B or retail. Extensive travel within the region is expected.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee the operations and performance of multiple outlets. You will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a high-performing team in alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of all branches/outlets under your region.

Achieve regional sales, profit, and performance KPIs.

Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and team members.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance, service quality, and brand consistency.

Implement and monitor strategic initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and cost control.

Analyze sales and performance reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

Ensure effective staff scheduling, inventory management, and SOP adherence.

Collaborate with marketing, HR, and supply chain departments for regional support and improvements.

Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of multi-outlet management experience (F&B/Retail preferred).

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Proficient in operations reporting and performance monitoring.
