Job description

Manage to enable smooth and efficient shipment operations across multiple countries or regions

Responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments to ensuring timely delivery

Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers and third-party logistics providers

Optimize trade compliance under Free Trade Agreements (FTA), oversee Free Trade Zone warehouse (FTZ)

and maintaining compliance with international trade regulations.

Responsibilities

3PL Warehouse Management

• Establish warehousing processes for managing new products / businesses to minimise disruptions
• Ensure compliance with FTZ operational guidelines and customs reporting.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound flows between FTZ and domestic/international destinations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders with 3PL for handling and packing of Dangerous Goods in accordance with IATA regulations.
• Maintain, manage, assist 3PL in ensuring inventory accuracy and support audits.
• Participate in mid & annual stock take.

Import/Export Shipment

• Select and manage shipping modes (air, sea, land) and route flow, considering cost, lead time and reliability
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and service providers for shipment and transport arrangement.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoice, packing list, bills of lading, delivery note, custom permit, etc.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery schedules for both inbound and outbound shipments.
• Follow up on status of shipment arrangement and be responsible for troubleshooting any concerns related to appointed freight forwarders and regional stakeholders.
• Ensure all shipments comply with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards.
• Apply FTA rules to eligible shipments to maximize duty savings.
• Liaise with customs authorities and internal trade compliance teams.
• Stay updated on regional FTA regulations and changes.

Administrative Supports

• Provide shipment updates to internal BU and ESC SCM/PM
• Execute system transaction in SAP for Good Receipt/Posting/Stock Transfers
• Provide estimation of freight cost to stakeholders for cost and lead time analysis
• Manage 3PL KPIs
• Any ad‑hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Regional or international logistics exposure preferred
• Strong knowledge of logistic operation
