The Regional HR Operations Administrator supports day-to-day HR operations across multiple countries within the APAC region by handling high-volume, standardized HR transactions. This role focuses on accurate and timely processing of employee lifecycle administration, responding to third-party or former employee enquiries, and ensuring adherence to established HR policies, procedures, and service level standards.

  • Manage standardized HR lifecycle transactions across APAC countries, ensuring timely execution in line with established service level agreement, company policies and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with HR team for policy/system feedback, improvement suggestion or tier 2 support where necessary.
  • Drive continuous improvement of employee lifecycle processes through process optimization and HR system enhancements.
  • Contribute to regional and global initiatives aimed at enhancing HR operational efficiency and elevating employee experience.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience of HR operations.
  • Basic understanding of labour/compliance laws, cultural nuances and HR best practices.
  • Basic understanding of employee lifecycle (including but not limited to onboarding, transfers, leaves of absence, offboarding etc).
  • Demonstrate resilience in managing high volumes of employee requests within deadline, and the mentality to deliver the best employee experience.
  • Meticulous in ensuring high accuracy of work ouput.
  • Highly proficient and excellent communication skills in English.

  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics.
  • Humility, flexibility, and good interpersonal & customer facing skills are a must to be part of a strong and united team across the APAC region.
