Job summary

This high-impact role reports directly to the Group Finance Director, leading M&A transactions and overseeing post-merger integration. Qualifications

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven profession to lead our corporate growth initiatives in US and Europe through targeted acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, with cross-functional collaboration across executive leadership, legal, finance, and operations.

As part of the senior management team, the position’s responsibility is to oversee post-merger integration planning and execution including but not limit to the management, regulatory and compliance reporting of the Group’s financial operations.

Frequent travel to major cities where the Group has presence is required.

COMPETENCIES

Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field;

Qualified Accountant, MBA or CFA is preferred.

Knowledge in US GAAP is an advantage.

At least 10-15 years’ experience in audit, M&A or finance with US entities in the recent 5 years.

Proven track record of leading successful M&A transactions. Lead all phases of the M&A lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, signing, and closing.

Possess business acumen.

Able to manage corporate legal matters and coordination with internal and external regulators.

Develop and oversee the creation of critical documentation such as Investment memorandums, board proposals, term sheets and LOI

Play a lead role in the critical post-close period. Develop and execute integration strategies to align workflows, systems, processes, and culture of acquired entities with Pico's operations to realize projected synergies.

Independent, result orientated, energetic with strong leadership and communication skills as well as problem solving skill.
