This role is part of the Early Careers Talent Acquisition team responsible for driving campus hiring strategy and execution across Southeast Asia (SEA), Hong Kong & Taiwan (HTK), and Australia & New Zealand (ANZ).
About the Role
The Campus Recruiter will play a key role in building a strong pipeline of early career talent by managing end‑to‑end recruitment for interns, graduates, and program hires.
Responsibilities
Talent Scouting & Candidate Engagement
- Hands‑on experience sourcing and hiring candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant local recruitment platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, career centers, and student communities.
- Support planning and execution of campus recruitment events, career fairs, information sessions, and interviews.
- Engage with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle to ensure a strong candidate experience.
- Deliver campus presentations and represent the organization at recruitment events wherever needed.
Campus Hiring Execution & Strategy Support
- Support the implementation of the overall campus recruiting strategy aligned to business hiring needs.
- Execute campus hiring programs to attract a diverse and high‑quality pool of interns and graduates.
- Assist in running regional and global early careers programs locally, including GTAP (Graduate Talent Acceleration Program).
- Manage GTAP campus activities across SEA, HTK (Hong Kong & Taiwan), and ANZ, ensuring alignment with regional talent needs.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to understand hiring demands, timelines, and skill requirements.
- Act as a consultant to internal stakeholders by sharing campus market insights and realistic hiring outlooks.
- Coordinate with vendors, campuses, and internal teams to ensure smooth hiring operations and candidate flow.
Employer Branding & Campus Engagement
- Support and execute employer branding and campus engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with campuses, student bodies, faculty, and alumni networks to enhance brand visibility.
- Participate in innovative engagement programs and activities to position the organization as an employer of choice within the student community.
Data, Reporting & Process Excellence
- Track campus hiring activity, candidate pipelines, and key outcomes.
- Maintain accurate data and support reporting for insights and decision‑making.
- Identify opportunities to improve campus hiring processes and candidate experience.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in Campus Hiring, Early Careers Recruitment, University Relations, or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience working directly with universities and early career talent pools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Understanding of Mandarin / Chinese is an advantage.
- Prior exposure to employer branding or campus engagement initiatives is a plus.
