About The Role
  • The role of a Regional Executive – Business Operations is to support end-to-end business processes, system enhancements, and operational improvement initiatives across the region.
  • You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • This role is suited for individuals with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for process excellence.
Core Responsibilities
  • A. Campaign Setup & Testing:
  • Prepare and execute end-to-end test campaign setups, including database configuration, to ensure readiness prior to launch.
  • Perform process mapping to document campaign setup flows, identify gaps or redundancies, and recommend improvements for smoother execution.
  • B. Change Requests & UAT:
  • Prepare detailed Change Requests (CR) aligned with business and system requirements.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure business needs are met.
  • C. Impact Analysis & Change Management:
  • Identify and highlight the operational impact of new processes or system changes.
  • Support transition and adoption activities to ensure smooth implementation.
  • D. Process & Workflow Optimisation:
  • Assist in workflow optimisation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and quality across departments.
  • Support system enhancement initiatives in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • E. Compliance & Process Governance:
  • Ensure all operational processes comply with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify non-compliance areas and recommend corrective actions.
  • F. Documentation & Policy Development:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate process flows, SOPs, workflow documentation, and operational policies.
  • Ensure documentation is kept up to date for reference and audit purposes.
  • G. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with IT, Finance, Product, and Local Market Operations teams.
  • Support seamless implementation of operational processes and system enhancements across markets.
Who We Are Looking For
  • A candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Process Management, or a related field.
  • An experienced professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in business operations, process improvement, or related roles.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with process visualisation or collaboration tools such as Miro or Visio.
  • A detail-oriented individual with the ability to translate business requirements into structured processes and documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • An effective communicator with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptable to system and process changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese (written and spoken), with good command of English.
