Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in Bancassurance or Financial Services.
• Experience in banking and/or insurance industry is an added advantage.
• Hold PCE certification.

Responsibilities

• Drive Bancassurance sales for assigned region.
• Coach a team of Financial Executives and conduct product training.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Track performance and resolve issues.
• Conduct quarterly meetings with SMEs to discuss performance.
