This individual will manage the business development pipeline, participate in negotiations, and conduct research on potential markets. Attending franchise industry events and building business plans are also key aspects of this role. Ideal candidates should have strong negotiation and research skills to help expand the brand into new regions.

  • Keeping track of all statuses, conversations and actions of the BD function in the International franchise department.

Regional Assistant Manager, Business Development

Zus Coffee is on the trajectory of growth. After successfully launching operations in 5 South-East Asia countries, the brand is aiming to expand globally. The main expansion channel will be franchising. We will be looking for strong franchise partners to bring Malaysia’s favorite coffee chain to other regional around the Globe.

Objectives of the role

BDAM is a newly created role that will be reporting directly into the International Franchise Director. The main objective of this role is to support the growth of the business internationally through acquiring new Franchise partners in different geographies.
