Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the healthcare industry or related field.
  • Possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Health, Food Science, Nutrition, or related discipline.
  • Candidates with a commercial and sales background will be given priority.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Regional Area Sales Manager Mandarin Speaker
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the healthcare industry or related field (e.g. nutraceutical, FMCG, or food & beverage industry).
  • Possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Health, Food Science, Nutrition, or related discipline.
  • Candidates with commercial and sales background will be given priority.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with proven ability to manage distributors and retail partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to travel within the Central KL and across Pahang region as required.
Responsibilities
  • Drive overall sales performance, distribution coverage, and in-store execution in Central KL & Pahang.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Monitor sales by channel and account, ensuring alignment with national objectives.
  • Identify sales opportunities and implement action plans to drive growth.
  • Manage distributor performance, stock levels, and sell‑through efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key retailers.
  • Negotiate and implement trading terms, promotions, and marketing activities.
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure performance goals and service levels are met.
  • Ensure effective distribution coverage, visibility, and product availability across all outlets.
  • Lead and supervise promoters and merchandisers to ensure strong in‑store execution.
  • Plan and implement in‑store promotions, sampling, and trade marketing activities.
  • Collect and report market intelligence on pricing, competitors, and trade feedback.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and sufficient product supply.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor execution, market conditions, and brand visibility.
  • Identify new business opportunities and propose strategies for market expansion.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales guidelines, and brand standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate sales and merchandising teams to achieve targets.
  • Manage promoters’ schedules, attendance, and performance reviews.
  • Provide on‑ground coaching and ensure consistent execution excellence.
