Qualifications

• Strong background in After Sales with a proven track record in the OEM/IAM field.
• Profound understanding of dealership operations and service standards.
• Commercial and aftersales acumen with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service activities at dealer locations for compliance.
• Evaluate spare parts operations for efficiency.
• Supervise dealerships to ensure exceptional service.
• Monitor Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Assess readiness in aftersales operations.
