Qualifications

• Minimum 2 – 4 years’ experience in sales, trade marketing, or retail operations.
• Able to travel frequently and manage ad-hoc assignments.
• Experience with promoter or distributor-led sales teams is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Promoters hit the monthly sales target and conduct audits.
• Provide weekly reports on regional gaps and performance trends.
• Support regional training and reinforce SOP awareness.
