Responsibilities
  • Ensure data accuracy and verify payment details before processing, on a timely basis.
  • Arrange online payments for Director’s approval.
  • Perform data entry in QNE accounting software for invoices and payment transactions.
  • Liaise with relevant parties (e.g., other country departments/persons-in-charge) regarding any discrepancies or incomplete supporting documents.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues from other country departments.
  • Ensure proper filing of documents.
  • Perform any other tasks and duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Required skills: MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting software (e.g., AutoCount).
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Multilingual proficiency is an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in related fields is required.
  • Meticulous and possesses a strong initiative to learn.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
