This role is pivotal in driving business development for both local and regional accounts, ensuring that client relationships are solid and profitable. You will focus on renewing and expanding existing accounts, while also ensuring that workflow and communication remains effective to meet client satisfaction and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Accountabilities
  • Build and execute an Account Strategy focused on customer satisfaction and business growth.

  • Document customer interactions and manage opportunities and risks.
  • Develop secondary clients into key accounts.

Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing and growing accounts.
  • Experience in strategic account management, revenue forecasting, and operational support.
  • Proven problem resolution and escalation skills.
  • Experience in a matrix organization requiring strong influencing skills.
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in an Account Executive role.
  • Highly developed consultative account management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability.
