Job summary

A recruitment services company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a full-time sales professional to identify new business opportunities and build a client sales pipeline for Contract Staffing. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably from the recruitment industry, excellent English communication skills, and a strong network of potential clients. Responsibilities include generating leads, attending client inquiries, and frequent travel. A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities.
• Build client sales pipeline for Contract Staffing business.
• Attend to client inquiries via email or calls.
• Generate leads and cold call prospective clients.
• Travel throughout the country for projects.
• Visit clients for face-to-face understanding of requirements.
• Work closely with the Recruitment Team to improve sourcing efficiency.
