Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify clients and foster positive & long-term relationships
  • Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs
  • Negotiate on contracts to bring in business opportunities
  • Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates
  • Search for potential candidates using hiring databases, job portals and social media
  • Evaluate resumes and applications
  • Perform pre-interview screening with the candidates (phone screening & face-to-face interview)
  • Create relationships with job seekers and provide consultation/advice
  • Create leads and perform cold calling to prospective clients
  • Achieve individual KPIs & sales target

Requirements/Qualification:

  • Possess 1-2 years of experience in HR/ Recruitment field
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
