What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process – from networking, screening, interviewing to negotiation and placement.
• Use STAR PROFILE generated by our Resource Consultants to generate additional sales and income.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with employers and jobseekers as their trusted career consultant.
• Execute creative talent‑sourcing strategies to meet business demands.
• Negotiate offers and ensure win‑win placements for all parties.
• Contribute to business growth while hitting and exceeding sales targets.
• Specialise in manufacturing recruitment with full operational support provided.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in in‑house recruitment or recruitment agency (2+ years preferred) with a strong sales drive and commission mindset.
• Or non‑recruitment experience with strong sales background in service‑consultation roles – we are interested to hire.
• Multilingual communication skills are an advantage; strong English language required.
• Sales‑target driven, confident, and ambitious – loves working with people and solving problems.
• Degree holder or non‑degree holder with relevant experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing hiring trends is highly desirable and preferably from Johor Bahru.
