As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

• A good understanding about customers’ needs, business development and build long term relationships with clients.
• Job posting to website and job portals.
• Candidate sourcing using database, job portals and social media platforms.
• Matching suitable candidates to relevant positions based on their experience and aspirations.
• Pre‑screening, conduct and arrange interviews for the clients.
• Provide career advice and consulting to clients and candidates.
• Follow up on offer management and feedback.
