Job Responsibility

• Engage in full cycle of recruitment process
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• To design and update job descriptions
• To have a deep internet research and networking skills that enable one to build a consistent and sustainable talent pipeline;
• Able to work independently as well as within a team.
• To source potential candidates from various online channels (Eg: social media and professional platforms like JobStore, LinkedIn & etc)
• To craft recruiting e-mails to attract passive candidates;
• To screen incoming resumes / CVs and application forms;
• To arrange and schedule interview sessions
• To advertise job openings on career page, social media platforms, job boards
• Liaise with all departments and business units on any matters related to HR and provide HR advisory services

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment or human resources
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or another relevant field
• Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills
• Previous experience with conducting various types of interviews
• Extensive understanding of HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems
• Candidates must be able to communicate in Mandarin
