Role Summary:

We are looking for a Retail Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring for retail positions and support the business with fast, quality recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire for roles such as Retail Assistants, Supervisors, Store Managers, and support office positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, walk-ins, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers.
  • Work closely with Store/Area Managers to understand manpower needs.
  • Prepare offers, handle pre-employment documents, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate records and update hiring reports.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in HR or related field.
  • Preferably background Retail/Fashion industry.
  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience (retail hiring is an advantage).
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Able to work fast and manage multiple roles at the same time.
  • Familiar with job portals and sourcing methods.
